At WeDeen Pay, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for services purchased through our website or mobile application.

1. Digital Products and Telecom Recharges

Due to the instant nature of digital recharges, utility bill payments, and telecom bundles, all such transactions are final and non-refundable once the service provider successfully processes the request. Please double-check your mobile number or billing info before confirming payment.

If you subscribe to any recurring or premium digital plan on WeDeen Pay, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for partially used billing periods are handled on a case-by-case basis through our payment gateway provider (e.g., Paddle).

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction with your order details and payment receipt at support@wedeenpay.com. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Credit card, Payoneer, or local MFS) within 5 to 10 business days.
